Description
A vintage advertising counter jar of rectangular form with rounded shoulders, constructed from clear glass. The front of the jar features a multi-colored screen-printed graphic depicting the Little Miss Sunbeam mascot, a blonde girl with a blue bow eating a slice of bread, framed within a red scalloped oval cartouche. The brand name is present as a printed logo in blue script reading Sunbeam Bread followed by a registered trademark symbol. Below the brand name is the phrase IT’S BATTER WHIPPED printed in red block capital letters. The canister is fitted with a red-painted metal lid that features a central silver-tone metal knob finial. Vertical mold seams are visible on the corners of the glass body. Width: 8.5 inches Height: 8 inches.
