Description
A collection of ten comic books from various publishers including Marvel Comics, First Comics, Dark Horse Comics, and Russ Cochran/Gemstone Publishing. The lot features six issues from the Marvel Comics Doctor Who series: Issue 4 (January 1985), Issue 5 (February 1985), Issue 6 (March 1985), Issue 7 (April 1985), Issue 10 (July 1985), and Issue 11 (August 1985). These issues reprint material from the British Doctor Who Magazine and feature cover art by Dave Gibbons. The collection also includes The Incredible Hulk issue 383 (July 1991), featuring a battle between the Hulk and the Abomination with cover art by Dale Keown and a Captain America 50th Anniversary logo on the front cover. Rounding out the assortment are E-Man issue 21 (December 1984) by First Comics with cover art by Joe Staton, Dr. Giggles issue 1 (1992) by Dark Horse Comics which serves as an official movie tie-in, and a 64-page reprint of The Haunt of Fear issue 4 by Russ Cochran and Gemstone Publishing, containing classic EC horror stories and a Ray Bradbury adaptation.
