Description
6.5 in tall This item consists of a manual hand-cranked mechanism, resembling a miniature butter churn mounted on an antique cobalt blue glass bottle. The square-bodied bottle is embossed with the words Dazey Churn Co arranged in an arc, with a characteristic curved line resembling a smile below the text. . The mechanism is constructed from cast iron and features open-face gears. It is operated by a side-mounted hand-crank with a turned wooden handle. The iron mechanism is attached to the bottle via a threaded metal screw cap. The materials include cast iron, steel, wood, and cobalt blue glass.
