Description
This lot features two antique non-electrified oil lamps, including a table lamp attributed to Aladdin and a clear glass bracket lamp. The first lamp consists of an opaque jadeite green glass font with a stepped, rounded profile characteristic of the Aladdin Mantle Lamp Company. It is fitted with a perforated brass gallery burner and a matching brass filler cap. The second lamp is a wall-mountable bracket lamp featuring a clear, ribbed glass reservoir held in a black-painted metal frame with a keyhole mounting plate and a curved handle. This lamp is topped with a brass burner designed with four chimney-securing clips. Both pieces are original kerosene lamps and have not been converted to electricity.
