Description
This is a size No. 5 cast iron skillet manufactured by the Favorite Stove & Range Company of Piqua, Ohio. The underside of the pan features the distinctive Smiley logo, which includes the arched text FAVORITE positioned above the words PIQUA and WARE, underscored by a curved decorative line. Near the bottom edge of the base, the pattern marks 5 and E are cast into the metal. The skillet is designed with a circular heat ring on the base, two side pour spouts, and an integrated handle with a teardrop-shaped hanging hole. The interior cooking surface is smooth.
