Description

Both are in working condition. This lot features three items related to breweriana and coin-operated novelty machine history. The first item is a Miller Genuine Draft neon advertising sign. The design features a green neon saguaro cactus silhouette at the top, a yellow neon Miller script logo in the center, and white neon block lettering reading Genuine Draft. A green neon accent bar runs along the bottom. The neon tubing is mounted to a black finished metal grid frame. A label on the transformer identifies it as model L059700 with an output of 4.5-0-4.5KV 25mA and includes a blue numeric stamp of 1210. The second item is a Miller Lite Ice sandwich neon sign, which combines a vacuum-formed plastic front panel with internal neon illumination. The graphics display the Lite script logo above a large white ICE logo with blue and black outlines, with the Miller eagle emblem at the bottom. The sign is contained within a black plastic housing. Identification labels on the reverse indicate the sign was produced in 1994 by GHN Neon, Inc., a subsidiary of Everbrite, located in West Bend, Wisconsin, under item number 0AJ06G. The third item is an authentic trademark decal for the Mills Novelty Company of Chicago, U.S.A., applied to a wood surface. The red circular decal features a central owl emblem and text certifying the authenticity of Genuine Mills Machines, cautioning that all others are imitations.
