Description
This lot comprises two mid-century miniature bench vises designed for hobbyist, jeweler, or model-making applications. The first item is a portable hobby vise featuring a cast metal body with a green hammertone finish and red-painted highlights on the upper jaw surfaces. It is equipped with an integrated C-clamp mounting base and a chrome-plated adjustment handle. The design and color scheme are consistent with the Superior No. 43 hobby vise. The second item is a miniature fixed-base bench vise constructed of cast iron, intended for permanent mounting to a work surface via a bottom lug. No manufacturer marks, stamps, or model numbers are discernible on either tool. Green Vise height: 4.75 inches Fixed-Base Vise length: 3.5 inches.
