Description
68 x 80 This antique scrap quilt is hand-pieced and hand-quilted in a Spiderweb or Star and Ring pattern variant. The construction utilizes a diverse array of early-to-mid 20th-century cotton fabrics, including calico prints, ginghams, stripes, and solid colors. The front features complex geometric interlocking star and circular motifs. The reverse side is composed of several large panels of light-colored, small-check gingham fabric. The quilt contains a cotton batting layer.
