Description
A framed modern color reproduction print of the 1893 work Divan Japonais by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. The composition depicts dancer Jane Avril and critic Edouard Dujardin seated in the audience of the Divan Japonais cabaret, with the long black-gloved arms of performer Yvette Guilbert visible at the top left. The print features stylized, flat color fields in a palette of black, ochre, olive green, and muted red. The piece is housed in a simple black frame under protective glazing.
