Description
This portable heater features a hexagonal tower form constructed from enameled steel panels set between a vented cast iron top and a tripod cast iron base. The white enameled body is pierced with three vertical rows of circular ventilation holes on each facet. Two ornamental cast iron lion head masks with integrated ring pulls are mounted on opposite sides of the tower. The underside of the cast iron base is embossed with several identifiers around the central vent: CLEVELAND, O. at the top, RELIABLE on the right, DIV. at the bottom right, TRENKAMP Co. along the bottom, a stylized ampersand followed by SCHNEIDER on the left, and 630 T at the top left. The interior shows a darkened, heat-exposed finish consistent with functional use. Height: 14.5 inches.
