Description
This lot features five U.S. military-style web belts and an antique glass canning jar containing approximately 40 to 50 marbles. The military equipment includes one white cotton web belt for ceremonial use, one Olive Drab #7 green web belt with a black metal sliding buckle, two khaki-colored web belts with black metal hardware, and one wider khaki utility or pistol belt featuring metal grommets and a heavy-duty buckle. These belts are consistent with mid-20th-century U.S. military issue spanning the World War II through Vietnam eras. The glass jar is a clear Atlas E-Z Seal fruit jar with a rounded shoulder and a matching glass lid. The body of the jar is embossed with the characters ATLAS E-Z SEAL. It retains its original metal wire bail closure. The jar contains approximately 40 to 50 assorted glass marbles of varying styles and colors, including cat’s eyes, swirls, and opaque solids in blue, orange, green, yellow, and white.
