Description
A large assortment of barware and advertising tools, including bottle openers, can piercers, corkscrews, and multi-tools. The items are constructed from stamped steel, chrome-plated metal, wood, plastic, and bone or antler. Many pieces feature promotional branding for various mid-century companies. Legible markings include Pabst Brewing Co. Milwaukee, JAX Beer, Stroh’s Beer, Duquesne Pilsener, and Kingsbury Pale Beer. The collection contains several Vaughan’s Tap Boy folding tools in green and silver metal. Other specific items include a cream-handled opener for Donnelley Directory, a house-shaped Prudential PM Mortgagee Co. tool, a wooden-handled VAT 69 opener, and a white cylindrical Newco tool with printed pricing.
