Description
This fuel or oil can features a galvanized steel body with a domed top and horizontal reinforcing ribs. The container is equipped with a wire bail handle featuring a turned wood grip for transport. Both the filler opening and the angled pouring spout are constructed of threaded cast iron. Faded horizontal bands of red paint are visible near the upper and lower rims of the cylindrical body. There are no manufacturer’s brand names or maker’s marks visible on the item. A modern white auction adhesive label is present on the side of the body. 10 and 11 inches.
