Description
This copper tea kettle was manufactured by Tagus in Portugal. The piece is constructed from formed sheet copper and features a traditional bulbous body with a fitted lid and a copper knob. The handle is composed of copper straps riveted to the body, which hold a turned dark wood grip. The spout is also attached via rivets. The base of the kettle is stamped with a circular mark that reads MADE IN PORTUGAL around the perimeter with IN in the center. 8 in high.
