Description
This group of four antique woodworking hand braces dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. The collection includes three ratcheting bit braces and one non-ratcheting sweep brace. One ratchet brace is constructed of steel with dark wooden handles and features the Stanley maker mark stamped on the sweep. A second ratchet brace is stamped on the sweep with the property mark W.
