Description
A Depression-era glass citrus reamer crafted in translucent green uranium glass. The piece features a central reamer cone with spiral ridges, surrounded by a circular ring of twelve recessed rectangular seed-catching vents. The integral bowl includes a single pour spout and a flat, rectangular tab handle. The exterior base of the bowl is decorated with a series of molded vertical rectangular panels. The glass composition includes uranium, which produces a vibrant green fluorescence under ultraviolet light as demonstrated in the provided photography. No molded manufacturer hallmarks or maker marks are visible on the base or body. 3×5
