Description
This set of four transparent green plates is composed of uranium depression glass. The items feature the Federal Glass Company Coronation pattern, defined by a central starburst motif and a wide rim with vertical ribs terminating in rounded arches. This pattern is also referred to as Saxon or Banded Star. The glass exhibits a strong, bright green fluorescence under ultraviolet light, indicating the presence of uranium. No maker stamps or marks are present on the items. 6.5 diameter
