Description
This is a desktop decorative signal bell designed in a nautical style. The assembly features a solid cast brass bell and frame mounted to a rectangular, dark-stained wooden base. The bell is equipped with a functional internal clapper and is suspended from an arched yoke. A rotating six-spoke pulley wheel is attached to the pivot point, allowing the bell to be tilted. The bell body is decorated with concentric lathe-turned rings around the shoulder and waist. The entire metal structure is secured to the wooden base with four Phillips head screws. No maker’s marks, hallmarks, or labels are present on the visible surfaces. 7×7 in.
