Description
This is an original automotive mascot, commonly known as a hood ornament, designed for 1953 Chevrolet passenger vehicles. The piece features a stylized jet-age aerodynamic design, reflecting the mid-century fascination with aviation. The ornament is constructed from chrome-plated die-cast metal and consists of a long, tapered central fuselage with two swept-back wings that terminate in small vertical winglets.
