Description
9×4 Imperial Glass Company Whirling Star pattern (also known as pattern #311) footed bowl. This piece is crafted from pressed slag glass, characterized by an opaque marbled appearance with vibrant swirls of deep red, orange, and white. The decorative scheme features large pinwheels alternating with smaller geometric motifs. The bowl is finished with a yellow-to-amber colored scalloped beaded rim and a matching scalloped foot. It is supported by a short pedestal base that includes a molded starburst pattern on the underside. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible.
