Description
18x12x9 This vintage transport crate is a utilitarian cage designed for the carriage of poultry, birds, or small livestock. The structure is built from wooden planks and features a weathered blue paint finish on the exterior surfaces. Square-grid metal wire mesh is incorporated into the front face and the top lid to provide ventilation and visibility. The top lid is hinged to provide access to the interior compartment, which retains a natural wood finish. A simple metal wire handle is secured to the front upper panel. The construction is characterized by nailed joints and simple hardware. No identifying marks, brand names, or manufacturing labels are visible on the surfaces.
