Description
This is a cast iron skillet manufactured by the Griswold Manufacturing Company of Erie, Pennsylvania. The skillet is a size number 9 and features the distinctive Griswold large block logo, which consists of a cross within a double-circle. The underside displays several cast markings: CAST IRON SKILLET along the top edge, the size number 9 directly below, the central logo, ERIE PA., U.S.A. underneath, and the pattern number 710 A near the handle junction. The skillet is designed with two pour spouts and a handle with a teardrop-shaped aperture.
