This group includes a variety of annual 20 Dumbest People, Events and Things issues for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018. Notable individual issues include the No. 533 June 2015 edition guest-edited by Weird Al Yankovic and the No. 1 June 2018 relaunch issue featuring a black cover with neon pink typography. The collection also features multiple Special Collector Editions including MAD Spoofs Sci-Fi, MAD Politics, MAD Spoofs the 90s, MAD Movie Classics, MAD Choice Cuts, MAD Stocking Stuffer, and This Is Your Brain on MAD. Covers feature satirical illustrations of pop culture and political figures such as Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Gordon Ramsay, and Miley Cyrus, alongside the magazine mascot Alfred E.
