Description
12 in blade dia working condition This vintage non-oscillating electric desk fan features a four-blade metal assembly contained within a circular wire cage guard. The unit is constructed with a pedestal-style cast metal base and a motor housing finished in battleship gray paint. The motor housing possesses a rounded, aerodynamic profile characteristic of early to mid-20th-century industrial design. A label on the top of the motor housing is inscribed with the brand name POLAR CUB. This identifies the fan as a product of the A.C. Gilbert Company. A black power cord is present and remains wrapped around the neck of the pedestal base.
