Description
A matched pair of carved stone bookends, fashioned from natural banded onyx. The pieces feature a three-tiered, stepped design with angular, pointed profiles suggesting a stylized wing or leaf motif, showing a modernist or Art Deco influence. The stone exhibits natural, varying bands of creamy white, translucent beige, and dark brown throughout. Each bookend retains a circular silver foil label on the underside featuring a central eagle symbol and the text HECHO EN MEXICO.
