Sold for: $50
Description
This collection features a 1979 Hallmark Light of Christmas glass ball ornament alongside an assortment of vintage and contemporary blown glass Christmas ornaments. The Hallmark ornament displays a stained-glass style lantern design surrounded by holly and berries. Notable figural pieces include a large architectural ornament depicting a brick building with a central tower and blue-paned windows, a glitter-accented owl, and a green clip-on frog prince ornament wearing a gold-tone crown. The group also contains a hot air balloon ornament adorned with gold tinsel and trim, botanical-themed ornaments including a walnut, a strawberry, and several acorns, and various hand-painted spheres with floral and pine tree motifs. Several solid-colored ornaments are included, featuring vibrant green and silver glass along with orange ornaments with a satin-thread finish. One ornament features a handwritten inscription in black marker that appears to read Marlon. The pieces are primarily made of blown glass with traditional metal caps and wire hanging loops. The collection is housed in a divided cardboard storage box.
