Description
This vintage model outboard boat motor was manufactured by IMP (International Models Inc.). It is an electric motor designed for direct current operation on model boats. The unit is constructed of die-cast metal with a silver-tone finish. It features a three-blade propeller and a functional transom mounting bracket with a screw-style clamp. A rectangular black and silver label on the top housing displays the IMP logo and is printed with Special Type D.C. For International Modeling. The mounting bracket is stamped with the words Made in U.S.A. Two electrical terminals with knurled nuts are located at the rear of the housing for power connection.
