Description
14 inches. A hand-blown art glass vase featuring an opaque white cased body decorated with multi-colored swirls. The lower half of the vessel displays integrated streaks of yellow, orange, blue, grey, and black glass in a frit or end-of-day style. The form is composed of a bulbous ovoid body that transitions into a slender neck, topped with a flared and ruffled scalloped rim. The base is flat and has been ground and polished. No signatures or maker marks are present. The design and technique are characteristic of mid-20th-century decorative glass.
