Description
30 in long This vintage Nylint Adams TraveLoader is a licensed scale model of the industrial self-propelled windrow loader authorized by the J.D. Adams Manufacturing Company. The toy is constructed of pressed steel with an orange painted finish. The functional design features a front feeder mechanism consisting of a metal chain equipped with scooping blades that transport material to an internal conveyor system. A secondary black rubber discharge conveyor belt at the rear is designed to move material to a trailing vehicle. The open-frame operator cab contains a metal seat and a steering wheel. The vehicle is mounted on four large treaded rubber tires. Identification marks include a triangular black and yellow Nylint Toys decal on the cab side, black decals on the rear boom reading Model Authorized by Adams and TraveLoader, and embossed text on the tire sidewalls stating NY-LINT TOYS. Approximately 29 inches in length.
