Description
74 x 92 This vintage bedspread features a cream-colored base of textured woven fabric with a repeating rectangular block pattern. The textile is decorated with hand-applied floral motifs in a variety of solid-colored fabrics, including shades of blue, lavender, and green. The design composition consists of two horizontal floral borders at the top and bottom, linked by five vertical vines. Additional small flower sprigs are placed symmetrically on the side panels. The appliques are secured with visible perimeter stitching. A twisted purple and white yarn fringe adorns three sides of the spread. The reverse side reveals the stitching patterns corresponding to the floral placement on the front.
