Description
31 x 38 This hand-embroidered baby or crib-sized patchwork quilt is designed in a 3×3 grid layout. Five squares feature central white panels with hand-embroidered scenes of a rabbit peeping over a wooden fence with three large roses in the foreground. The embroidery utilizes brown thread for the rabbit outlines, green for the eyes, and varying shades of blue, pink, and yellow for the roses. These panels are surrounded by a purple and white floral print border. The alternating four squares are made from a floral print fabric featuring red, pink, purple, and yellow blossoms on a pink background. The quilt is finished with a solid pink binding along the edges. The reverse side is composed of a pink fabric printed with large multi-colored polka dots in shades of blue, green, purple, and pink. The materials are likely cotton or a cotton-synthetic blend.
