Description
64 x 76 An unfinished, hand-pieced cotton quilt top featuring multiple pinwheel pattern blocks. The blocks are constructed from a variety of scrap fabrics, including floral prints, stripes, ginghams, and polka dots. These blocks are set within a bold red and green sashing. The construction utilizes hand-stitched running stitches. There is no backing or batting present. The fabric selection is consistent with mid-20th century textile production.
