Description
This lot consists of two decorative pressed glass bowls from the mid-20th century. The first item is a large, shallow footed bowl crafted from transparent amber glass. It features a continuous spiral rib pattern that radiates from a circular center to a finely scalloped sawtooth rim. This piece is in the style of patterns produced by American manufacturers such as Anchor Hocking or Federal Glass. The second item is a decorative clear glass bowl with a multi-tone iridescent finish. It features a sunburst or petal design with wide ribs and a deeply scalloped, pointed rim. The color transitions from a golden-amber center to deep magenta and purple hues at the edges. The underside displays textured ribbing that enhances light refraction. No maker marks are visible on the base or body of either piece. Both items have small yellow inventory stickers on their interior surfaces.
