Description
This lot features two single-sided embossed tin advertising signs. The first sign advertises Wahoo Indian Tonic, stating it is For Liver and Kidneys. The sign is designed with a yellow background and black embossed lettering. A maker mark in the lower right corner reads THE KEMPER-THOMAS CO., CIN. O. The second sign promotes Cherry Sparkle soda for 5 cents, described as Ice Cold. This sign includes an embossed graphic of a grinning boy holding a bottle of soda with a straw and red embossed lettering with white outlines. The lower left margin is marked Made in U.S.A. and the lower right margin contains the maker mark COPERATE SIGN CO. WADSWORTH. Both signs are rectangular in form and feature pre-drilled mounting holes at each corner.
