Description
This toy is a Buddy L Army Transport Truck constructed from pressed steel. The vehicle features a single cab design with an open interior and a rear cargo bed. A green canvas canopy covers the bed, held in place by an internal wire support frame. The truck is equipped with six black rubber tires on metal wheels. Identification marks are visible in several locations: the front radiator grille features embossed lettering reading BUDDY L, and the tire sidewalls include raised lettering for BUDDY L TOYS. Remnants of original decals are present on both sides of the cargo bed, showing an orange and yellow striped background with the text BUDDY L TRANSPORT in yellow and black. The truck utilizes a simple rolling axle mechanism.
