Description
This Griswold Colonial Breakfast Skillet, pattern number 668, is an enameled cast iron cooking utensil. The square skillet features a three-compartment interior designed for simultaneous cooking, with one large rectangular section and two smaller square sections. The exterior and integrated handle are finished in a bright red porcelain enamel, while the interior is coated in a cream-colored enamel. The underside of the pan is embossed with the circular Griswold cross logo and text including COLONIAL BREAKFAST SKILLET, ERIE PA., U.S.A., PATENT APPLIED FOR, and the pattern number 668. The rim features small indentations on three sides.
