Description
This Magno-Crane was manufactured by Roberts Product. The toy is constructed of painted pressed steel with metal wheels and hardware. The design features a black-painted chassis on four metal wheels supporting an orange cab with a curved red roof and a green adjustable boom. A manual metal crank handle on the side of the cab operates an internal spool for the hoisting line. The rear of the cab is printed with operational instructions, a battery installation diagram, and an ON/OFF switch, signifying the toy’s original electromagnetic feature. Printed marks on both cab sides read MAGNO-CRANE with a stylized lightning bolt. The rear panel is marked A ROBERTS PRODUCT along with safety and battery instructions. The hoisting line currently terminates in a metal snap hook.
