Description
A rectangular porcelain enamel advertising sign for De Laval Cream Separators. The sign features a dark blue ground with bold yellow lettering and a yellow linear border. The text is arranged in three sections: the top reads WE USE THE in block capitals; the center features the stylized brand name De LAVAL with the horizontal bar of the L extending underneath the letters D and e; the bottom reads Cream Separator in a rounded sans-serif font. The sign is constructed of heavy-gauge steel with a porcelain finish and includes four metal-reinforced mounting grommets, one at each corner. The reverse side has a light gray enamel finish. A small white paper tag is attached to the upper right mounting hole with a white string.
