Description
This pressed steel toy dump truck was manufactured by Wyandotte Toys (All Metal Products Company) in the United States, dating to approximately the late 1930s or 1940s. The toy features an Art Deco-inspired streamlined design. The cab and chassis are finished in red paint with silver-painted side panels and lower trim. The side panels feature the Wyandotte manufacturer name printed in red cursive script. The front grille and integrated headlight housings are painted yellow. The dump bed is finished in a contrasting blue paint and features a manual tilting mechanism. The truck is mounted on four black rubber tires on metal axles. A modern auction tag from Atlas Raber Auctions is attached to the rear axle.
