Description
A pair of promotional toy semi-truck tankers branded for BP (British Petroleum). These models are primarily composed of molded plastic and feature chrome-finished plastic components such as bumpers, exhaust stacks, and fuel tanks. One truck is a wired remote-control model featuring a handheld controller with Steering and Forward / Back joysticks. The second truck is a matching free-wheeling version. Both vehicles are decorated in the signature BP white and green livery with yellow striping and the BP shield logo on the cabs and trailers. These models were originally released as part of BP gas station promotional series in the 1990s.
