Country-Style & Folk Art Wall Hangings & Figures
Sold for: $15
Description
This assortment includes various wall-mounted decorative pieces and soft-sculpted figures, predominantly in a late 20th-century folk art or Americana style. The lot features a circular wall mirror with a wide, cream-colored frame decorated with a hand-painted strawberry vine and leaf motif. Accompanying the mirror are three oval wooden-framed prints depicting various kittens, each frame featuring an integrated hanging loop. The collection also contains a dark green-painted wooden wall shelf with a back panel displaying a reproduction vintage advertisement for Choice Flower Seeds from D.M. Ferry and Co. Detroit, Mich. The shelf is equipped with three turned wooden pegs. Suspended from the pegs are three decorative objects: a primitive-style stuffed fairy doll with mesh wings and a woven basket, a square ceramic hanging tile with a printed yellow and green geometric star quilt pattern, and a soft-sculpted fabric cat figure wearing a knit sweater and holding a floral bouquet.
