Description
This lot consists of two 1:24 scale die-cast metal model automobiles manufactured by The Danbury Mint. The first model is a 1956 Ford Fairlane Sunliner convertible finished in a two-tone Colonial White and Fiesta Red exterior. It features a matching red and white interior, a rear-mounted Continental kit spare tire, and whitewall tires with chrome hubcaps. The second model is a 1953 Buick Skylark convertible presented in a blue metallic finish with a blue and white interior. This replica includes chrome wire wheels with whitewall tires and a white convertible boot. Both models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic and chrome-plated components. They typically feature opening doors, hoods, and trunks, as well as steerable front wheels.
