Lot 385:
Description
This large-scale wall-mounted sculpture of a bald eagle is attributed to The Bradford Exchange and appears to be from the American Spirit collection. The piece depicts the bird in a dynamic mid-air diving or landing pose with its wings fully extended and talons reached forward. It is constructed from a cast resin composite material and features a matte, hand-painted finish that highlights the realistic, layered texture of the feathers. The head and tail are finished in white, while the body and wings are rendered in variegated shades of grey and brown. A contemporary white inventory tag with a barcode is currently attached to the beak area. No manufacturer marks or artist signatures are visible on the exterior of the sculpture. Please note that this lot includes the eagle sculpture only and does not include the American flag or wall coverings shown in the background images. Dimensions not provided.
