9x 22. This is a vintage retail point-of-sale counter-top display stand for Camel Turkish Gold cigarettes, produced for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company around 2000. The unit is constructed from heavy die-cut cardstock and features a two-tier shelving system designed for retail pack distribution. The central graphic features a woman in a pin-up pose wearing a gold-patterned dress and a red fez hat, holding a pack of Camel Turkish Gold 100’s. The header identifies the product as New 100’s and promotes a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer in stylized blue and gold lettering. Additional text reads Smooth and Mellow Turkish Blend. The front of the upper shelf includes a pricing area with a dollar sign and the text Not In Combination With Other Offers. The side panels are printed with the Turkish Gold branding. The base of the stand is printed with technical data stating 10 mg. tar, 0.8 mg. nicotine av. per cigarette by FTC method, along with while supplies last and all promotional costs paid by manufacturer. The front bottom panel includes the mandatory Surgeon General’s health warning regarding the risks of smoking.
