Description
This is an antique manually-operated suction vacuum cleaner manufactured by the U.S. Steel Stamping Co. The tool features a long cylindrical body finished in green paint, leading to a central collection canister with a conical intake section at the base. It is equipped with a T-shaped handle at the bottom and dual turned-wood crank handles at the top connected to a brass mechanism. The central canister displays an embossed mark within a rectangular border consisting of the text U.S. STEEL STAMPING CO. above a five-pointed star containing the word STAR.
