Description
This is aporcelain enamel dealership sign for Studebaker Authorized Service. The circular sign is constructed of fired porcelain enamel over a steel substrate. It features the company branding from the mid-20th century, characterized by a central red-orange circular field containing a stylized white S graphic and the word STUDEBAKER in white sans-serif block lettering. This central emblem is flanked by horizontal white stripes against a dark navy blue background. The words AUTHORIZED and SERVICE are arched along the top and bottom perimeters in bold white block font. The sign is designed with four original mounting holes positioned at the top, bottom, and sides. The reverse side is finished in a plain white porcelain enamel.
