Description
This decorative metal wall sign features a black and white graphic design in afarmhouse style. The central illustration depicts a cow standing in a field between two deciduous trees. The piece is titled FROM THE FARM in bold serif lettering. Additional text includes GUARANTEED High Quality in script and GRADE A DOMESTIC in serif capitals. The lower portion credits TREATLOCK FARMS of BUCKS COUNTY with an EST. 1891 date. The entire composition is framed by a decorative border consisting of scrolls and dots. The sign is constructed from a thin, white-painted metal sheet, likely aluminum or tin. The reverse side is finished in plain white and is fitted with two triangular metal loops at the top corners for hanging. A serial number sticker reading 1805-782849 and an auction tag are present on the reverse. A small white plastic tab is attached to the left edge.
