Description

This collection features an assortment of decorative turtle figurines crafted from various materials. Included are stylized turtles carved from translucent banded onyx stone. One specimen is primarily creamy white, while another features green and grey tones with dark reddish-brown banding on the shell and head. These onyx pieces bear labels indicating they were made in Pakistan, with one featuring a sticker for SELF crafts of the world. The group includes a Second Nature Design Quarry Critters figurine titled Trixy, dated 2000, which has a textured grey surface and a whimsical, smiling expression. Also present is a glazed ceramic turtle with a high-gloss, dark brown and black segmented shell and matte-textured green and brown limbs. A clear pressed-glass figural turtle serves as a candle holder, featuring a diamond-cut pattern on the exterior shell and containing yellow wax. Completing the assortment is a simplified turtle figurine carved from a light pinkish-tan stone with reddish-brown speckling, possibly soapstone, featuring a flattened neck and a hollowed base.
