Description
A galvanized steel liquid transport can designed for a capacity of ten gallons. The cylindrical vessel features a vertically corrugated body and is fitted with two stationary bail handles at the shoulder. The front of the can is decorated with the name Wadhams in relief-molded lettering outlined in blue pigment. A red-painted screw-top lid with an integrated handle is secured to one shoulder bail by a metal chain. Directly below the shoulder is the embossed inscription 10 GALLONS LIQUID. A rectangular metal placard is affixed to the shoulder, featuring an impressed maker mark for Geo. Below the maker information, the placard lists several locations: PENNA. The red-painted lid is also embossed with the name Ellisco and directional instructions reading RIGHT TO CLOSE and LEFT TO OPEN.Measurements/notes: 27 in. H x 12.5 in. L.
