Description
This Yahtzee dice game was manufactured by the E. S. Lowe Company, Inc. The set is constructed from cardboard, paper, plastic, and faux-leather materials. It includes the original illustrated cardboard box, a green cardboard interior insert, a brown faux-leather dice cup, five white plastic dice with black pips, a stack of paper scorecards, and a paper instruction booklet. The box lid and scorecards bear the 1956 copyright for the E. S. Lowe Company, Inc. The instruction booklet features the manufacturer’s logo and address at 200 Fifth Avenue, New York 10, N. Y., with a copyright date of 1961. The box lid graphics feature a character wearing a mortarboard and glasses alongside five dice. The instruction booklet includes promotional material for other E. S. Lowe games, Scribbage and Skat.
